The smell of battered butter, this time mixed with one teaspoon of vanilla essence, Philly cheese and sweetened condensed milk.
Today was our Roman Cheesecake day, apparently, the easiest cheesecake mix recipe! It's like Batik cake, only instead of brown black, it's yellow. I think our holiday plan is quite fitting, we attended our 5th cardio class yesterday. What's next in line after cardio? Why, cheesecake of course!

I love this picture. I appear tall only glitch is I am not, Alau is just shorter than I am.

Aside from the ingredients I've mentioned above, Roman Cheesecake also requires biscuits and fresh milk to dip the biscuits into before arranging itself in creamy cheese/butter layer.

Arguably, my favourite part.

Dip and layer.
After the whole batch of butter is done, the following step is to leave it chilled in the fridge. In our case, we couldn't wait that long, we placed it in the freezer for an hour and a half. I think. It took us one whole evening to be ready, by the way.
I say, every minute is worth for this.

Hmm.. I can just scoop it with a spoon next time I make more Roman Cheesecake. So, y'know, my fingers won't get smeared by the delicious batter of butter and cheese and condensed milk. I think that's pretty rational.

Hello! No problem. Well, for this much, you only need :
As seen in 2nd pic -
1 bar of butter
1 bar of philadelphia UNsalted cheese
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (/flavour)
3++ tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk (secukup rasa, taste it from time to time to know your perfect taste, preferably, not too sweet)
1 small carton of full cream milk
Biskut Marie
Hope it'll work for you!
