Kasih is the unaffectionate one out of the pair of kittens we have. She was named by an aunt whose afternoons are spent watching local and Indonesian dramas on the telly and whose love for sappy Indonesian ballads was demonstrated by her 3 year old son, who is now 5.

The only reason Kasih would ever climb on you is if you have the tuna cat food for kittens on top of your head. She goes batshit crazy for a munch of those. Same action could also be witnessed when we bathe her. Here's an advice, if you are weak at heart, do not pour water, however comfortably lukewarm it is, on Kasih. She will claw your eyes out!
True story. *adjusts eye-patch*

She squirms from our hold and refuses to stay still. The ONLY time you can do so without fail is when she just had a hearty meal of tuna cat food, or in other words, when she is sleepy.

She is feisty and cold, most of the time, but I love her dearly, still. I understand that she likes her space as I share the same sentiment with mine. Like people, my cats have a character of their own. This is a short description of Kasih.
One day, my cats won't be of the same size anymore. One day, they will bear/father kittens of their own. One day, they will get old and they will leave us. I dread for that last One Day. I wonder whether I would be able to start over from scratch and have another batch of feline friends again.
After all, the first batch left me heartbroken I couldn't even fathom the thought of having more cats. This is only our second.
