That Week In KL.

I have officially graduated - what? After 10 months of leaving UM? Whatever it is, I have graduated. Let's get that part over and done with! *chucks event out of life window*

I initially thought nothing of the day itself. Apa jak lah! But the attention I received leading to the day somehow made it grew on me.... Kantoi gila attention muahahahar. (I joke, I joke!) Honest to God, I was only excited about coming back to KL, however short the trip was. But the hugs, the well-wishes, the helium balloons, the surprise bouquet of flowers - that came with the surprise appearance, made it somehow truly a day to remember. Why are my friends so sweet?! I'm almost afraid of death by diabetes!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

*checks off mushy part about graduation*

Dragged my ass back to Bintulu and gushed about my bouquet of flowers to Nur only to find out that three roses mean 'I Love You'. What?? WHUT!? Three red roses mean 'I Love You'? How come nobody ever told me that! Throughout my 23 years of existence (as a lady, at that) how the hell did I miss that memo??

Dalam ketakpuashati-an, I Whatsapped him.

"Do you know that three roses mean I Love You?"
"Yeap. Of course I know."

WHAT!? This cannot be! Apahal orang kalah!

Whisk me away!

On one of the nights that I was in KL, we went to this place called Ben's at KLCC to have this marvelous slice of chocolate cake (according to him). It was a very personal affair - picture two lovebirds away from each other for three months prior to that week. In one word: pukefest.

GAG now or forever hold your peace.

One interesting thing to note about the restaurant is the box of suggestions for topics of interest on the table. We went through one by one until we reached one card that read,

"If you could have a superpower, what would it be? And how would you use it?"

Pssh! Easy peasy, I thought, so I went first-

"Teleportation! So I can teleport to you anytime I want. What's yours?" Note: Generic answer but tiga bulan tak jumpa so what the heck!

His was (and get ready for it)-

"Sebab you dah amek tu, so I amek lain. I want to have the power to fly... So if you mistakenly teleport to the sky, I could fly to you and catch you."

"AWWWH!" Ah, peduli orang meja lain! Then it came to me, "Wait. What do you mean if I 'mistakenly teleport myself to the sky'?"

"Kad T&G pun berapa kali hilang. Teleport konon! Confirm boleh sesat!"

WHY? Why, Ahmad, WHYYYYYY!? Why won't you let go of the missing T&G card story!

Okay, fine. That should be plural. *stories

A few days after that, we went to Tesco to look for a cheap backpack for my laptop. We passed by ladders propped against the wall of the supermarket and I shared one of my fears with him.

"I tak berani naik tangga tau."
"Apsal?"
"Gayat."
"Bagus, nanti I boleh tolak you. Muahahahaha."
"Kalau I jatuh lepas tu mati camne?"

Senyap.

"That's why I wish I could fly so I can save you from falling."

Oh pandaaiiiiiiiiii!

Ah. Siot lah. Rindu.
